Duties and responsibilities: Psychotherapy is a general term for treating mental health problems by talking with a psychiatrist, psychologist or other mental health provider.

Salary: $35,000-$174,000

Education: Bachelors degree in psychology, and masters degree in psychology, also a state license.

 
Reflection: I think a psychotherapist seems like a nice job, and a very interesting profession.

Duties and Responsibilities: Yoga Therapy refers to the adaption and application of yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges.

Salary: $45,000-$50,000

Education: Minimum of 500 hours of training and YTT school.

       

Reflection: I would not like to be a yoga therapist.

Duties and Responsibilities: Sometimes called color therapy is an alternative medicine method, which is considered pseudoscience. They use light in the form of color to balance energy lacking from a persons body.

Salary:$45,000-$50,000

Education: 3-4 years of medical and a medical license.

Reflection: I would not like to be a color therapist.

Columbus Day

Christopher Columbus was a Genoese explorer, navigator, and colonizer born in the republic of Genoa. He completed four voyages across the Atlantic Ocean, he was not the first European explorers to reach the Americas, his voyage led to the first lasting European contact with the Americas. Thus Columbus day was invented years after we still celebrate it today.
