My Interdisciplinary Experience

 My Interdisciplinary Experience

The first thing we started on the disciplinary project was answering the essential question and writing a paragraph on how I felt about the question and what my answer was. I had to do research on the topic of the question, find graphs that match that topic and explain them. Also I had to write my first peace of evidence of the question and my answer. Then I had to look for reliable sources who had wrote about the topic for example famous authors, writers, and websites. Then I had to work with my project partners to put our work together and have it make sense. After we finished putting the paragraphs together we had to make power point presentation of slides and how we would answer the question we each had our own slide we would have to explain to the judges. After we finished the slides on the power point we had to practice for the showcase presentation, we wrote and practiced what and how we would explain our slides answering the essential question. When it was time for turn to present we put on our power point and each explained the slides in front of the judges and answered any questions they had and we finished our presentation and got graded and finished the presentation and went home.

Physical Fitness

“Physical fitness is not the only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”

President John F. Kennedy
Reflection: I think this quote means that physical fitness is important to be successful and healthy.
