It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of  November in the United States, thanksgiving is a historical tradition celebrated by many Americans and Canadians.

      

Reflection: I thing thanksgiving is a great holiday to celebrate and a great tradition.

Education: Minimum of 500 hours of training and YTT school.

       

Reflection: I would not like to be a yoga therapist.

Duties and Responsibilities: Oriental medicine has been practiced for over 2,500 years and includes, acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, Oriental massage and Oriental medicine.

Salary: $52,000

Education: 5-8 years of medical school, and a medical license.

 Reflection: I would not like to be a Chinese oriental medicine doctor.

Duties and Responsibilities: Auricular Therapy is a form of alternative medicine based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem which reflects the entire body represented on the auricle the outer portion of the ear.

Salary: $38,000-$137,000

Education: 4-5 years of training, and graduate degree, and license.

  Reflection: I would not like to do auricular therapy, it seems like a great job. 

Acupuncture

Duties and Responsibilities:  A person who works as an  acupuncturist  must get a license and go to school and learn how to do acupuncture. Also has a lot of responsibilities like cleaning the needles and knowing where to put them and how.

Salary: $56,000-$84,000

Education: An acupuncturist requires at least 3-4 years of school and an associates degree.

Reflection: I would not like to be an acupuncturist
